Awesome place and great people. Always love to stop by for a "shark attack" when in town.

This place makes some great mixed drinks and great tasting house shots. Super fun, be sure to to get there earlier rather than late, it can get super busy. Also the music played is always on point.

Watched the Super Bowl here. Had a great time. Fair prices and fast service.

Best bar to end your night at. Never been here sober, honestly I think it's best to show up when you've already had a few. Free popcorn is A+

This place is iconic for me. The drinks are original, flavorful and have plenty of kick to make you feel good. Get a Shark-attack and you'll see what I mean. Wonderful bartenders. Just wish the place was bigger. 5-stars for free popcorn!!

I used to really like sandbar, but tonight I went there with 5 white people and 1 black.. three of them went out to the patio to smoke/get fresh air, when they came back in the 2 white people walked in no problem. The one black guy was asked to pay cover. He told them he already paid cover and that he had just came outside for some air, but they told him again to pay $5. My friend asked an off duty door guy named zach to please tell the current door guy that the black guy had came in with them and had already paid cover an hour ago. Zach said "yea i saw him, but I'm not working tonight." When I went to confront the guys I was told "we aren't racist there are black guys in here right now".. I also was shoved out of the way by some random guy even though I wasn't physical towards anybody. It's really ironic that only the black guy was stopped upon reentering. It was a guy about 5'5 and a guy over 6 foot missing a tooth. All white workers.

This bar has a special place in my heart. Endless good memories. Terrific staff. Wonderful drinks. Outstanding atmosphere.

Fun atmosphere with fun and friendly bar tenders. Place features a shot wheel with a new drink special every half hour.Look forward to 90's music and other throwbacks in a small environment built for fun.

Phenomenal bartender was the difference between mediocrity and a superior place to get a few drinks. This is my go to now, given the price and happy hour specials.

I have actually never been inside the Sandbar, but I do attend their Block Party every year. There is always at least one band I enjoy. It is a kid-friendly atmosphere until around sunset. People hit beach balls back and forth, and listen to live music. You have the option to drink adult beverages or not. It is just $5 to get into the beer garden area, and you cannot beat that for live entertainment.

The Sandbar is a local favorite. You can always find drink specials throughout the night and enjoy a great selection of music. If you're looking for a real fun treat (or time it right), you can purchase or hang around for a Hurricane!

This place is just trashy and gross. Just go to The Taproom next door. The drink specials are hard to beat however I can easily meet a friend here and drink a good amount (to be safe driving) for six dollars. This place wood be better off buying out one of the local college dive bars, just like any other college dive bar in LFK remember to be white for the dress code.

Can be really fun. They definitely play up the tiki bar motif. Fun place for a group. Gets crowded most evenings, especially towards the end of the week, and popular with college students (and alumni). Cover charge just to get in on weekends.

Was fun until the bartender turned off the music to yell at my friend last Wednesday. Then it became awkward for everyone in the bar. Will not be returning which is a shame because it was a cool atmosphere.

GREAT Customer service.Unless the place is packed you're served near right away. The themes are engaging, The drinks affordable.

They use too much ice and have very sugary drinks. Order a regular drink and it will be very strong.

Terrific dance music at night and super fruity drinks if that's you're style. There is a cover so be sure to have cash, or a friend that has cash.

Just like my college days, this place hasn't changed a bit. Well, minus a fishtank.

The best bar in L-Town!

Fun spot to go once you turn 21. One of the only bars in town that's very strict about IDs, which those over 21 can appreciate. Very small, however and super loud. Can be fun at times and annoying at other times. Love their drink special spin wheel that randomly decides what the next special will be, pretty creative. They always seem to have fresh popcorn popped as well, which can be a drunk person's best friend.

Bouncer was on a serious power trip. Gave up after a few minutes. Plenty of places where you don't have to wait, or pay a cover
